John F. Kennedy During Campaign Signing His Autograph

A John F. Kennedy autograph is one of the most sought after signatures of modern U.S. Presidents for collectors of presidential autographs.

Autographs of John F. Kennedy are extremely rare and valuable. Due to his popularity to this day, there is no shortage of demand for Kennedy memorabilia.

In fact, the last known signature JFK signed before his assassination on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, TX recently sold for $39,000. I think part of the high price tag is the item happens to be the Dallas Morning Newspaper from that very day.

Besides his popularity, the scarcity of authentic Kennedy signatures is mainly because he started using an autopen and secretaries to sign the vast majority of his correspondence from the time he was in the Senate until his death.

Expect to pay over $1,000 for a cut signature, and around $2,000 for an autographed photo. A typed letter is going to run you over $3,000, and a hand-written letter? I recently saw one on eBay for $10,000 with incredible detail and authenticity to it!
