Neil Armstrong's Autograph

I have an authentic autograph of Neil Armstrong that he signed in front of me 25 yrs. ago. I was at the Chino Air Museum in Chino Calif. when I recognized him with a group of Boy Scouts. I approached him after he was done speaking and politely asked him to sign my Museum booklet, afterwards we shook hands and I left. It has been kept in a sealed clear cover and kept between two hardbound books ever since. Can you possibly give me it's estimated value?
