Nolan Ryan Autographed Mets Photo

Hi Rob,

I wanted to inquire as to the estimated value of the attached picture that I own might be worth.

This picture is autographed by Nolan Ryan and is of him in a Mets uniform from 1966-1968 sometime and I am of the understanding that the original negative has been destroyed. I am also of the understanding that there are only 200 or so of these with this photo and his autograph plus the date of his 1st K.

This picture was taken with my blackberry and if you need a more clear picture of front and back; I can do so.

Please advise as your professional appraisal estimation. I would value your expertise in this request.

While I am not an expert autograph appraiser, I'll do my best to help you out.

You're right about the photo - there are not as many signed Nolan Ryan items from his Met's days in comparison to the Astros and Rangers era.

To give you an idea on the value, Nolan Ryan sells photos through his foundation for about $75 for an 8x10, and up for larger sized photos.
